That is why we called on him again when we needed a 2nd inspection performed on our home years after our 1st inspection.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Randy was extremely thorough during the home inspection and 4-point inspection. He was professional, courteous and knowledgable. Randy walked us through everything he was doing and offered improvements and suggestions as to how to fix things that were improperly done. We ran into a major problem with the electrical and Randy was able to get the majority of it working so we were able to determine what we would need fixed by a licensed electrician. All of this and more was included on the detailed home inspection report that we got within a few days. The attention to detail that Randy provided was very impressive and I would highly recommend Randy! Thank you again!

We initially chose him because he also provides mold inspections should we have needed one during the regular inspection. He did a full 4-Point inspection with Wind Mitigation for a very reasonable price. He answered all of our questions and offered practical advice regarding some issues he found within the property. Along with forms necessary for insurance, he prepared a comprehensive PDF report for us including detailed findings and 100+ pictures of the property (including an irrelevant documentation of a gecko that made me laugh). The report also included repair and/or upgrade recommendations for each noted aspect of the home, as well as service recommendations. I was very impressed with the attention to detail in the report. I would highly recommend Pristine Inspections to anyone in need of a home inspection.
